Our belts, braces and accessories are crafted to last. Genuine leather belts are covered by a 1-year guarantee on the leather, excluding damage from improper use.
We also offer a complimentary clip replacement service for Buckle-manufactured braces to help extend their life. Before sending your braces, please contact us for instructions. You’ll need to cover postage to and from us, and ensure braces are clean and odourless. Clip replacement typically takes 5–10 business days once received.

Returns Policy
For change of mind reasons, including selecting wrong sizes or colours, you may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund. Please note that the cost of the postage is your responsibility. Change of mind returns exclude final markdown merchandise. Our returns policy does not cover wear and tear or any damage caused by misuse.
You are entitled to your choice of a replacement or full refund if the item purchased is faulty. This entitlement covers both full price and discounted merchandise. In this scenario, we will also cover your return postage cost using our Australia Post Easy Returns service.
All returns must be accompanied with a proof of purchase or receipt clearly showing your name, contact details, date of the order and contents of the order.
You should expect to receive your refund within 10 business days of us receiving your package.

We use only the finest full-grain leather from ethical Australian tanneries. Each hide is hand-inspected and vegetable-tanned for durability and natural patina. Our hardware, elastic, and fittings are selected for long-lasting performance.
Each piece is hand-cut, hand-stitched, and hand-finished by skilled artisans. We use saddle-stitch construction for superior strength and carefully burnish every edge to perfection. Quality takes time.
Every product undergoes rigorous inspection before leaving our workshop. We test flexibility, stitching, and hardware durability, ensuring only perfect pieces earn the Buckle name.
